Pigments!! March 4, 2010 Reviewer: Felicia R. from midtown, new york   I work in theatre, and i am expected to create masterpieces on the actors and actresses. I absolutely LOVE the artist portfolio, and i use that every day. But my top favorite from Dex New York are the loose pigments. They come in so many shades, i go crazy with them! My favorite thing about pigments is that you could do so much with them. So with all of these crazy cool colors, i can use it on the eye as shadow, or nail polish. Making them lip colors are really fun, the actresses love that! I also really love the names of the pigments. I get shipments of each color, every 2- 3 months, depending on how busy my schedule is.
